Good food comes from good people. More important than the people who cook your food, are the ones who grow it. We are lucky to be surrounded by a community of outstanding farmers and artisans who offer a bounty of deliciousness. Their dedication to the highest of quality makes our job simple: respect the ingredients and don't mess it up! And now with our living garden patio, much of what we use is grown just outside our doorstep.

Staff meal? It's the food that us cooks make for each other before and after service everyday. It's not pretty, it's not fancy, probably not authentic, and definitely not meant for photos - but it's exactly what we want to eat. Maybe you do too. Along with our daily staff meal, our menu features market inspired seasonal snacks, shared plates, and not to forget…. dumplings!
Check us out on Sundays for not so secret #sobasundays. Handcrafted ni-hachi style 80% organic local buckwheat flour noodles made in house. Served with seasonal toppings each weekend while supplies last.
To keep each visit special and exciting, we have a rotating beverage program of sake, sherry, wine, and local craft beer. Sake to pair with subtle flavours from Japan, and sherry to pair with bolder favours of Southeast Asia. Allow us to tempt you with unusual and forgotten varieties from around the world.
